What will I need for a Workshop?

We try to hit all three learning modalities (Audio, Visual, and Tactile) to help you retain the information! This means we will have lecture, PowerPoint, and hands on learning for most of our Workshops! Please bring a notebook and paper, wear comfortable yoga clothes, and bring water! Feel free to reach out with any questions.
